As Vice President of Education, I am responsible for developing. implementing and overseeing training programs, which include pre-licensing, and continuing education instruction. Focus is emphasized on curriculum creation, conducting training sessions, and identifying skill gaps while promoting professional development within the organization. Additionally, I provide support for all Select tools and resources and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our agents stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
