Know someone interested in becoming a partner vendor? We are always looking for dedicated professionals throughout our 11 different regions our company services. Depending on the type of service and service region, we will do our best to place them in the category and available regions to connect them with our agents and their clients. Past client references and/or reviews

How are Vendors vetted?

Broker Provided Vendors

These vendors typically come from our agent’s referral. Your fellow agents are recommending vendors they have worked with previously to be part of our program. Our Vendor Relations Manager reaches out to the vendor to discuss the program and schedule a time to meet in person (if possible). During this meeting we get a feel for the business, discuss their experience, expertise, services, coverage area, and ability to take on new business, along with the benefits of the Select Concierge program and marketing. If the vendor is interested and seems like a good fit for the program then we do further research and ask for copies of their license, insurance, and any other applicable information such as reviews, websites, and social media pages. We then discuss available regions and come to an agreement with the vendor.

Move Easy Provided Vendors

These are vendors included in a region/category that has available slots not being occupied by Broker Provided Vendors to ensure that agents and clients always have an available resource. These vendors come recommended as part of the Home Advisor website program. Move Easy provided vendors are vetted through Home Advisor HomeAdvisor's Contractor Screening Process and requires exceptional customer service ratings to be included in the Select Concierge Program.

Agent Owned Vendor

Some of our agents and/or their significant others, have companies that offer services that may be beneficial to other agents and their clients. We always look to support our agents and our local small businesses, so we are happy to have Agent Owned companies included in our Select Concierge program. If you or your significant other have such a company please reach out to the Vendor Relations Manager, Stephen Costello, for additional information.

Q: What is the cost to vendors to be part of Select Concierge?

Select Concierge is a complementary tool provided by the Select Group to our agents and clients. A vetted vendor may be included on the Select Concierge website and app for a particular region and service category at no charge. There are some additional features and marketing available to a vendor as part of the Select Concierge program for a reasonable cost, associated with number of regions covered.
