o Client will also receive a phone call with voicemail and text from the live dedicated concierge – This is NOT a sales call or solicitation – Concierge invites your clients to connect with Select Concierge platform to setup their profile and tells them about the available services – NO personal information is gathered for clients to sign up their profile.
o Day 1: Email, text and call, voicemail left by dedicated concierge
o Day 3: Text, call, VM
o Day 6: Text, call no VM
o Day11: Call, VM
o Day 30: Customer receives email with the following: "Hi, we haven’t heard from you yet and assume all is going well with your move. If you do need assistance now or in the future. There is also no expiration for this service! Good luck with the move! Feel free to also call our Customer Service department at
1-844-466-8339"
o At any point if the client replies to an email and request us to stop communication, or if they book an appointment, or sets up a profile this cadence also stops.
o Your client chooses what, if any, services they wish to use, such as: scheduling movers, finding our trusted vendors, setting up utilities, comparing cable/internet packages, transferring mail, and some additional services.
o If your client would like to use some of the services, such as sign up for internet service at their new home, the concierge will give them the option to do this themselves or have the concierge setup the account. At this time, the concierge will need some additional information, such as SS# and credit card to get those accounts setup. This would be requested by the utility company and is kept secure.
o Clients are always involved in what services they use, what packages they enroll in, and how the accounts are setup. The concierges simply provide customer assistance in doing so, taking some of the burden off your clients, and helping them save by comparing providers and available packages for some services.
