Where can I access my Select Concierge dashboard?

You can access your Agent Dashboard by logging in from initial invite, or from your personalized website, each agent will have their own URL so they will need to set their password when the invites come out and then use that URL for login / sending to their clients. It is typically (firstname-lastname.moveeasy.com). Once you are active in the website dashboard, you will receive an app invitation with a separate password to accompany your username. You can also download your brands app and login from the app itself.   

What information is required to put my client into the program?

Providing your client’s name, email address, phone number, address, and closing date on your listing/pending form will be critical. That information will then be input into our Brokerwolf system by you or your admin and pulled each evening into Select Concierge. An invitation email will be triggered by this information.

What is the cost to me and my clients for Select Concierge?

Select Concierge is a complimentary, broker provided tool to you and your clients. There are no charges for using the platform.

What is my username for my Select Concierge profile? Password? 

Your username is your Select Group email address. You should have received an invite to setup your Select Concierge account and set your password. If you did not, please check your company email spam folder first, then contact Stephen Costello, Scostello@SelectGroupre.com, to resend your invite.

How is my client invited to Select Concierge?

When a valid contract & Just Listed/Pending form is uploaded to Brokerwolf by your admin, the automated process of inviting your client to your branded Select Concierge starts. You will receive an email congratulating you on your recent transaction and notifying you of your client’s invitation. If you do nothing, the client is invited in 48 hours. If you do not wish to invite that client, click on ‘disable invitation’ and we do not reach out to your client in any way. Click Here for More Information.

How else is my client contacted?

Along with the email invite, your client will also receive a live call from a Move Easy concierge, who will invite them to enroll in the Select Concierge program. These are NOT sales calls and are not advertising any products to your clients. The concierge is simply offering our programs services to the client. The client will also receive a text message inviting them to our program. Should the client wish to enroll they can then have the live concierge assist in the services of the client’s choosing.

What if I do not want my client to be contacted?

Once your transaction goes into Brokerwolf, you will receive an email congratulating you, typically within 24 hrs. Within that email is a ‘disable invitation’ link. Simply click on ‘disable invitation’ and we do not reach out to your client in any way.

Who will the email come from?

The email to your client will come from you as the agent from your personalized, branded page. If there are several agents on a transaction (such as a team or co-lister), the communication will come from agent #1 listed in the closing details.

What if I do not want any of my clients to be contacted for Select Concierge?

If you do not wish for any of your clients to be invited to Select Concierge there is a way for you to “Opt Out” of the program. You simply go into your agent dashboard, go to settings, click “disable auto email invitations” and save. You and your clients will not receive any further email invitations. If in the future you change your mind and wish to use Select Concierge simply go back and select “Enable Auto email invitations.” DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE YOURSELF from the email invitations.

How are vendors vetted?

Broker added vendors are recommended by Select agents and vetted by the Vendor Relations Manager to check for proper licensing, insurance, reviews, and ability to professionally handle new clients. Move Easy provided vendors are vetted through Home Advisor HomeAdvisor's Contractor Screening Process.

How do I add vendors?

You can reach out to Stephen Costello, Vendor Relations Manager for Select Group, with the vendors you’d like to add, and he will go through the process of vetting those vendors. More information about becoming a vendor and vetting process can be found on the Select Concierge website access through your SNAP dashboard.

How can I find the concierge assigned to my client?

Your client is assigned their concierge within 24 hours of them receiving their invitation. On the left side of the Agent Dashboard, click the first icon underneath the hamburger (it should look like three people). This is the ‘My Clients’ tab. A dropdown will appear, and you will see a ‘Find My Concierge’ tab. Your client’s concierge name and contact information can be viewed here. You can share the concierge contact information with your client or click on the ‘request to contact client’ tab for the concierge to contact your client ASAP.

Can I invite a client to Select Concierge earlier in the process?

Yes, you can manually invite a client to Select Concierge anytime via your Select Concierge account from your Agent Dashboard in the ‘Invite Buyer’ and ‘Invite Seller’ tabs. They will receive the invitation from you immediately and be assigned their concierge within 24 hours. We will not invite the client again when the property goes under contract (as long as the emails match) – it’s recorded within Select Concierge that you have already invited them. If needed, you can resend their invitation from the ‘Client Activity’ tab or request their concierge contact them.

Can I invite past clients?

When you login to your Agent Dashboard, you will see the “Past Clients” tab. You can fill out your past client’s information and press the ‘Send Email’ button to manually invite them to the app.
