If you do not want a particular client to be invited to use the Select Concierge platform:
• Once your new contract is input into Brokerwolf by your admin, you will be emailed congratulating you on your deal and alerting you that your client will be invited by email to Select Concierge in 48 hrs. From this email, simply find the link that says, “disable invitation” and that client will not be contacted.
If you do not want any of your clients contacted and want to “opt out” of the Select Concierge program:
• Log in to your Select Concierge agent dashboard, go to “Account” tab on the left side, find “account settings”, on the page that comes up find the button “Automated Client Invitation” and click to disable and you are done. You and your clients will not receive any further email invitations. If in the future, you change your mind and wish to use Select Concierge simply go back and select enable “Automated Client Invitations” or you may choose to individually invite your clients.
