Lottery Application Opens: Thursday July 11th 10AM
Lottery Application Closes: Sunday July 28th at midnight
Lottery: Monday August 5th

Wednesday, August 7th: Top 22 applicants selected will be notified by Summit Combined Housing Authority (SCHA) to fill out buyer application
Wednesday, August 14th: Top 22 applicants to turn in application to SCHA for review
Monday, August 26th: Coldwell Banker to start outreach to applicants and their agents in the order in which they were selected
