Lottery Application Opens: Monday, February 10th
Lottery Application Closes: Sunday, February 16th at midnight
Lottery: Monday February 18th
Wednesday, February 19th – Lottery Results Published / Top 24 applicants selected will be notified by Summit Combined Housing Authority (SCHA) to fill out buyer application
Tuesday, February 25th – Top 24 applicants to turn in application to SCHA for review
Friday, March 7th – SCHA provide names to Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties
Monday, March 10th – Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties to start outreach to applicants
