Applications Open: March 15th, 2024
Application Close: March 28th, 2024
Lottery: April 4th, 2024
Monday April 6th: Top 35 applicants selected will be notified by Summit Combined Housing Authority (SCHA) to fill out their SCHA buyer application
Thursday April 18th: top 35 applications due back to SCHA
May 3: SCHA to provide Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties with the list of first 35 qualified applicants
May 6th: Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties to start outreach to applicants and their agents in the order of selection
